I’ve never actually tasted a kumquat. I suppose I should put it on my list of things to do.
Whiff of fresh air laced with greens n yellows n reds n what not colors of the nature is intoxicating !

oh we see pots of kumquats as decorative plants during Chinese New Year as it symbolizes wealth.
Well, anything that looks/sounds like great abundance in Chinese, you will see that during the auspicious festival.
“kumquats”, sounds like Cantonese to me. “kum” = golden, and “quats” = the Cantonese name for this kind of fruit. I always think this kind of fruit is very sour, or is it sweet at times?
That looks nice, but it’s a climate for citrus fruits rather than humans in my opinion.
